SpencerMetrics Brings Pinnacle Award-Winning Q to PRINTING United Expo 2026

The company will demonstrate its latest AI-powered production analytics module Q— recognized with a 2026 PRINTING United Alliance Pinnacle Award — alongside the full vendor-neutral platform.

MELVILLE, N.Y. — August 25, 2026 — SpencerMetrics, the leading provider of vendor-neutral, data-driven productivity solutions for the print and packaging industry, today announced that it will exhibit at PRINTING United Expo 2026, taking place September 23–25, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company will be located at Booth N6349.

SpencerMetrics returns to the Expo this year as a Pinnacle Award winner. In June, PRINTING United Alliance recognized Q™, the company’s AI-powered analytics module, with a 2026 Pinnacle Award in the Software – Workflow/MIS/CRM category. Q will be front and center at Booth N6349, where visitors can put it through its paces directly.

Rather than requiring a report request, a dashboard build, or a data analyst chasing numbers, Q lets anyone on a team ask a question of their production data in natural language and get an immediate, accurate answer. Because Q is built on the vendor-neutral CONNECT foundation, that intelligence spans every piece of equipment on the floor, regardless of manufacturer.

“Accuracy is the whole game with AI in a production environment,” said Vishal Sahay, President of SpencerMetrics. “It’s not enough for an answer to sound right. If someone asks Q what a job actually costs or where a shift lost time, the number that comes back has to be the right number — because people are going to make decisions on it that morning. That’s what the Pinnacle Award recognizes, and it’s what we want people to experience for themselves at the booth. “

Alongside Q, SpencerMetrics will demonstrate the platform that generates the data behind it:

  • CONNECT® — real-time monitoring, OEE and utilization analytics, automatic job analysis, and consumables tracking, with an operator touchscreen terminal and dashboards for the floor and the front office
  • LYNK™ — simple, economical, touchless data collection and essential analytics from digital machines, including unattended and lights-out shifts
  • AUTOMATER™ — sensors, encoders, barcode readers, and PLC protocols that bring conventional, analog, and legacy equipment into the same real-time picture
  • CONNECT API — shop floor data integration into existing MIS and ERP systems

The Expo arrives during a strong stretch for the company. In July, Canon U.S.A., Inc. became a licensed reseller of the SpencerMetrics software suite. Earlier in 2026, SpencerMetrics received the “Best Sponsor Case Study Presentation – Transaction” award at the 14th annual Inkjet Summit for a case study documenting how CONNECT and Q reallocated three full-time employees and cut reporting time from weeks to seconds in a high-volume transactional operation.

PRINTING United Expo 2026 brings together more than 800 exhibitors across a million square feet of the Las Vegas Convention Center’s North and Central Halls, with over 70 education sessions and attendees from 104 countries, spanning commercial, packaging, apparel, wide format, and beyond.

Attendees interested in a live demonstration of Q, or in discussing how real-time production intelligence could work across their operation, are encouraged to visit SpencerMetrics at Booth N6349 or reach out ahead of the show at spencermetrics.com/contact-us.
